Good999 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policies

Good999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between Good999 and its members.

"Member" refers to any individual who has completed registration on Good999 and is using the platform. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, lottery, and related services provided by Good999.

Good999 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Each person may hold only one account on good999. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

The details you provide at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, and email — must be accurate and your own. Opening an account under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. good999 may request supporting documents for verification at any time.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you lose your password or suspect any unauthorized access, notify Good999 immediately.

• Only one account may be registered per phone number
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited
• Family members may use separate accounts on separate devices
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC is completed

You must be at least 18 years old to use good999. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Good999 may request a National ID or birth certificate to verify the age of any account it deems suspicious. If the account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be closed and the balance will not be refunded.

The minimum deposit on Good999 is ৳200, with a maximum of ৳50,000 per single deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Deposits are usually credited to your wallet within 1–10 minutes. After submitting a withdrawal request, funds reach bKash or Nagad within 15–30 minutes, provided KYC verification is already complete. VIP members enjoy even faster processing times.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted
• Proof of deposit source must be provided upon request

• Processing times may be extended due to bank holidays or technical issues

At good999, the minimum bet amount is ৳10. The maximum bet per single wager varies by event and category, and is clearly displayed on each event page.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except for bets with a cash-out option. Winnings are credited to your wallet only after the official announcement of results.

• If a match is abandoned, the bet will be voided and the original stake refunded
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error may be voided
• In live betting, if your internet connection drops, any bet already recorded remains valid
• Accounts will be reviewed if conflicting bets on the same match (arbitrage) are detected
• Good999's referee rulings are final and binding

All bonus offers at good999 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Claiming a bonus means you accept the terms associated with it.

General bonus terms that apply are:

• Only one bonus can be active at a time
• Funds in the bonus wallet cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry
• Any attempt to open multiple accounts or abuse bonuses will result in all bonuses being voided
• Bets placed using bonuses must have minimum odds of 1.50
• Good999 may modify or withdraw bonus offers under special circumstances

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the good999 platform. Violations may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Betting using automated bots or software
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse
• Attempting to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds
• Attempting to access another member's account
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Opening an account with false information or committing KYC fraud
• Creating unauthorized content using the good999 name or logo

Good999 collects, uses, and stores members' personal information solely for the purpose of providing its services.

Good999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, for any reason. However, members are typically informed of the reason.

Members can request to close their account at any time. A temporary self-exclusion option is also available for those who want to take a break and play more responsibly.

• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may not be refunded
• If an account is closed for a standard reason, any remaining balance will be refunded
• Once a permanent closure is requested, the option to reopen the account is limited

Good999's liability is limited for losses caused by technical issues on the platform, internet outages, or third-party failures. However, if a member suffers a loss due to Good999's own error, every effort will be made to resolve it.

In the event of a dispute, members must first contact Good999 Support. If the issue remains unresolved, our formal complaints procedure may be used. Good999's final decision is binding.
